- Goods Price and Delivery Cost:
All prices of goods listed on the GENA online store are in Polish złoty (PLN), euros (EUR), or US dollars (USD) and include VAT.
The price stated for each item is binding at the time the order is placed by the Customer.
The store reserves the right to change the prices of goods listed in the store’s offer, introduce new goods to the store’s offer, carry out and cancel promotional activities on the store’s website, or make changes to them.
Delivery Costs in Poland:
Order fulfillment in the GENA online store is carried out through the DPD courier company in the territory of Poland. For orders above 600 PLN gross, delivery is free of charge. For orders below the amount of 600 PLN gross, the delivery cost is 16 PLN gross.
Delivery Cost within the European Union:
For shipments within the European Union, purchase of goods is only possible with prepayment. Orders are shipped through the DPD courier company. For orders above 150 EUR, delivery is free of charge. For orders below 150 EUR, the delivery cost is 10 EUR within the European Union and 20 EUR outside the Union.
Delivery Cost outside the European Union:
For shipments outside the European Union, purchase of goods is only possible with prepayment. Orders are shipped through the DPD courier company or, in case of problems, another courier company available on the market. For orders above 150 USD, delivery is free of charge. For orders below 150 USD, the delivery cost is 22 USD outside the European Union.
2. Payment Methods of transport cost:
Payment by bank transfer or through online payment (prepayment) of 16.00 PLN for shipments within Poland. Payment by bank transfer or through online payment (prepayment) of 10 EUR for shipments within the EU and 22 USD for shipments outside the EU. Payment on delivery of 20 PLN (applies to one product and purchase only within Poland). Please note that the cash on delivery shipping fee depends on the quantity of ordered products and their total value. The final cash on delivery shipping fee will be calculated immediately after placing the order.
A handling fee for the shipment, borne by the Customer, is indicated on the sales document as a separate item.
Shipments are delivered solely by the DPD courier company or, in case of problems, by another company available on the market. There is a possibility of personal pickup of ordered goods by the GENA online store at the manufacturer’s headquarters in Nowy Targ, at ul. Kokoszków 54F.
