- Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and on Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product, the Customer may withdraw from the contract concluded in the GENA online store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. This is possible only if the product has not been used, has not been damaged in any way, and has its original packaging and labels.
- Returned or exchanged goods must be sent back at the Customer’s own expense, together with the purchase document received with the product and a written statement explaining the reason for the return (withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the Act) or exchange (e.g. exchange for a different size), to the following address:

In the case of an exchange for another product, the Customer sends only the returned item to the company’s registered address, and the exchanged product will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

The GENA online store does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments

The Customer has the right to collect the exchanged product from the GENA online store after prior telephone contact with the company at +48 797 727 797. The intention to exchange goods, e.g. for a different model, color, or size, must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
