In the GENA online store, payment for placed orders can be made in the following ways:

1. Bank Transfer – to the following bank account numbers:

   • For orders placed in PLN: Bank Millenium S.A., Account Number: 74 1160 2202 0000 0002 0182 6402
   • For orders placed in EUR: Bank Millenium S.A., Account Number: 89 1160 2202 0000 0002 2919 2354, IBAN: PL89 1160 2202 0000 0002 2919 2354, SWIFT: BIGBPLPW
   • For orders placed in USD: Santander Bank Polska S.A., Account Number: 11 1090 1838 0000 0001 3351 5125, IBAN: PL11 1090 1838 0000 0001 3351 5125, SWIFT: WBKPPLPP

   Customers who choose the bank transfer payment option are required to settle the payment for the placed order within 10 working days from the order date. Otherwise, the order will be removed from the system. In the payment title, it is sufficient to provide only the order number. There is a possibility of extending the payment deadline upon prior notification to the GENA online store’s customer service.

2. Fast Transfer Payment Online payment authorization is carried out by the professional PayU and PayPal online payment transaction processing system. After selecting the payment option, the customer is redirected to a service enabling transaction authorization.

3. Cash on Delivery – upon receiving the shipment from the DPD Courier company (applies only to orders shipped within Poland).
